Lindbacken School is growing, and our ambitions are high. We are located in Lindbacken just outside Uppsala and have nice and functional premises in a beautiful natural setting. We have students from preschool class up to and including grade 5. Currently, we have 640 students.

We have a flexible organization and we work in teams to find coordination gains and plan collaboration times to promote collegial learning and increase students' chances of success. Our vision is that together we grow, and the goal is for all students to succeed.

Job Description

You primarily work as a teacher in a smaller teaching group and about 20% as a class teacher in grade 1. In the smaller teaching group, you, together with mentors, are responsible for teaching students who need smaller contexts. In consultation with mentors and special teachers, you plan the structure of the teaching regarding both content and schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a teaching license with authorization to teach in primary school. We would like you to have training in neuropsychiatric disabilities (NPF). Experience as a primary school teacher is considered an advantage.

As a person, you are calm and composed in different situations and have the ability to focus on the right things. You are outgoing and socially active in professional contexts. The job suits you if you collaborate and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner.
